Returns & Exchange

Faulty Returns:

Safemyhome.in is dedicated to providing quality products to every customer. If the products purchased from safemyhome.in are faulty or does not match the description in the original listing, customer is allowed to do exchange or refund.

Returns & Exchange:

If you changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those item(s) which were purchased on our online store, subject to the following conditions;

  • Only item(s) purchased from safemyhome.in can be returned or exchanged.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached and gift with purchase (if any) included.
  • Exchange and refund request must be submitted within 30 working days upon receipt of item(s) before installation.
  • All exchanges are depending on the stock availability after an exchange request is submitted.
  • Kindly note that all returned products will be inspected for their conditions and quality upon receipt. Safemyhome reserves the right to reject exchange or return requests if the item(s) are not in compliance with the requirements in the preceding paragraph.

Once the returns policy has been met, we will offer exchange or refund within 30 days.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@safemyhome.in.

Cancel Order:

For cancellation order, please contact us within 2 working days before your product ship out.

We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, as long as order has not been processed yet.

Once your order is processed and shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
